COMPANY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 or 3 bananas
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, reserve 1 c. juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows

DRESSING:

1 c. reserved pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Make Jello as directed on package and add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Pour into 2 quart rectangular baking dish. Let set.

Combine dressing ingredients (except whipped cream) and cook over low heat until thick. Cool and fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Spread over Jello. Recipe may be doubled to fill a 9"x13" baking dish.
