SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs

Mix all souffle ingredients with mixer and pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Cook in preheated oven 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle the topping mixture over top.

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Rice Krispies

Cook additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10.
