SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes or 1 lg. can
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix first five ingredients in casserole dish. For topping, combine remaining ingredients. Cover souffle with topping and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
