EIGHT WEEK BRAN MUFFIN | |
5 c. flour 3 c. sugar (or less) 5 tsp. baking soda 1 (15 oz.) raisin or plain bran flakes 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. oil 4 eggs, beaten Mix flour, sugar, soda, and bran flakes by hand; add buttermilk, oil, and eggs. Mix well; bake in well greased muffin tins or paper cup liners at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Keep dough in the refrigerator and bake fresh as desired. |
