POTATO ONION SUPREME 
8 med. potatoes
2 lg. sweet onions
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika

Cook potatoes, peel and slice 1/4" thick; set aside. Place onions (sliced) water and bouillon in saucepan, bring to a boil, simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine cheese and sour cream. In 2 1/2 quart baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, onions and cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Combine crumbs and butter, put on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
