POTATO SUPREME | |
7 peeled med. potatoes 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/3 c. chopped green onions 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and refrigerate. When cool, grate coarsely. Mix in large bowl with remaining ingredients and pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. |
