MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. warm milk
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper sauce
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 (12 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. macaroni

Melt butter, add flour and stir approximately 3 minutes. Gradually stir warm milk into saucepan. Stir until sauce is at boiling point. Turn heat down, let simmer. Add pepper and hot pepper. Stir in heavy cream, simmer briefly. Stir 3/4 cup cheese into sauce until melted. Combine cheese sauce and macaroni. Pour in greased dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
