RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 c. cooked rice 1/3 c. butter, softened 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1 onion, grated 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour. |
