BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 large onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Sauté onions in butter. Heat soup, milk and cheese together until cheese is slightly melted. Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish.

Bake in 325°F to 350°F oven 30 to 40 minutes.
