BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 small jar processed cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Melt butter and mix with onion. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with sharp cheese.

Bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
