BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. jalapeno cheese
2 (3 lb.) fryers, boiled & deboned
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add soup and jalapeno cheese. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a large casserole and top with shredded cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
