SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. scalded milk
Salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Mix all ingredients together; form into balls. Brown in butter. Remove from pan and make gravy in pan. Return meat and simmer for 1 hour.
