POSSUM HONEY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. dry yeast
6 c. flour

Stir all ingredients, except flour, until butter is melted. Add flour, two cups at a time. Knead a few times. Dump into a greased bowl. Turn over until all sides are greased. Cover with a damp cloth and let raise in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours.

Punch dough down. Cut in half. Shape and put in a greased baking dish. Let raise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
