30 Ritz crackers, crushed
3 egg whites
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. granulated sugar
Grated coconut

Mix crackers and nuts. Beat egg whites until frosty; beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in cracker mixture. Spray pie pan or lightly grease. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with coconut. Keep refrigerated.
