POSSUM PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding instant
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. sugar

First Layer: Mix butter, flour and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Cool.

Second Layer: cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip.

Third Layer: Mix dry vanilla and chocolate pudding. Slowly add milk and beat until thick. Topping: Mix the rest of a large carton of Cool Whip and some nuts. Keep pie in refrigerator until served.
