CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Slivered almonds (opt.)

Spread corn in ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Brown ground beef. Add flour and cook and stir one minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder and cinnamon. Pour over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over meat mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle nuts over if desired. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more. Serves 6.
