BEEF AND POTATO MOUSSAKA 
1 lb. med. lean ground round
1 med. onion, chopped
2 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash garlic powder
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt

In a large, heavy non stick skillet with oven proof handle, brown meat and onion. Drain off any accumulated fat. Add potatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook, stirring five minutes. Spread evenly in bottom of skillet.

In medium bowl, with fork, lightly beat eggs; blend in yogurt. Spread over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until topping is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings, about 310 calories each.
