CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 (17 oz.) corn, drained
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Spread corn in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Brown ground beef and drain. Add flour and cook; stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Pour over corn in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine eggs and cottage cheese and pour over meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake for 10-15 more minutes. (Optional - garnish with almond slivers.)
