SOUR CREAM FISH FILLETS 
6-8 sm. fish fillets
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. low fat sour cream
2 tbsp. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. minced onion

Place fish in 9"x13" baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Use soup sparingly until desired consistency. Full can may make sauce too thin.
