SOUR CREAM FISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. haddock or cod (if frozen-pat dry)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter in cooking dish and fry the onion lightly. Add the fish. Sprinkle with salt. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise over the fish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
