FISH WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. fish fillets
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Paprika
Parsley flakes

Pat fish dry with paper towels. Arrange in ungreased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 baking dish. Cook and stir mushrooms and onion in butter until mushrooms are golden - about 3 minutes. Spoon this mixture over fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream and cheese together and spread over mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
