HAM & EGGS 
1 (6 oz.) shredded (boxed) hash browns
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Soak hash browns in water until they soften. Drain. Pat into 9"x9" pan. Layer meat and cheese (add green peppers and onions if desired). Mix eggs and milk. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 4.
