POTATO HAM PIE 
3 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 c. frozen hash browns
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. chopped green chiles, canned
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk ham
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onions and saute until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add frozen potatoes and salt. Cook over medium until potatoes start to brown. Pat mixture evenly into bottom and sides of 9- inch pie plate. Bake 20 minutes.

In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and chiles. Spread ham and grated cheese on potato crust. Pour in egg mixture. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. Continue baking 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
