HASH BROWN HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (10 oz.) cream chicken soup
32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
2 c. cooked ham
8 oz. American cheese, cubed (2 c.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix sour cream and soup. Stir in potatoes-ham-American cheese and onions. Pour mixture in baking dish 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Combine cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven and bake 20-25 minutes.
