POTATO HAM CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced ham

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle topping on top. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes uncovered.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
