COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon, cooked
1 med. red onion
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Clean vegetables and cut into eating sizes. Cook bacon, cool and crumble over vegetables. Cut up onion, but not small. Shred cheese. Mix:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together and pour over vegetables.
