TANGY COLD VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. chopped fine cauliflower
2 c. chopped fine broccoli
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

8 hours before serving, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and blend into vegetables. Serve cold.
