COLD VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can whole kernel corn 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed 1 c. celery, chopped fine 1 can cut wax yellow beans, drained 1 can cut green beans, drained 1/2 c. green pepper, cut fine 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped 1 sm. onion, diced fine Mix 3/4 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons water, 2 tablespoons salad oil and 1 teaspoon paprika. Mix well with vegetables, EXCEPT peas. Chill 6-8 hours or more. Just before serving - add thawed, frozen peas. Keeps well. Great for picnics and very colorful. |
