BREAKFAST TACOS 
1 tbsp. butter
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped green chiles
1/2 tsp. salt
4 taco shells, heated
6 slices American cheese
1/4 chopped tomato

Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Combine eggs, milk, chilies and salt. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Line taco shells with lettuce and cheese. Fill with egg mixture and top with tomatoes. Makes 4 servings.
