FARMER'S BREAKFAST 
4 med. potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 salt
2 med. tomatoes
4 strips bacon
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. cubed ham
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Boil potatoes 30 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Peel, cool and slice. Cook bacon until transparent. Add potatoes and cook until lightly brown.

Blend eggs, milk, salt; stir in ham and tomatoes (optional). Pour egg mix over potatoes in fry pan. Cook until set. Sprinkle with chives.
