BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2/3 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 c low fat milk
2 tbsp melted butter
2 c cleaned blueberries

Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk and mix the batter until smooth.

Pour melted butter into a 1 or 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.

Pour in the batter and sprinkle the blueberries on top.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350°F or until lightly brown.
