EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
3 c. fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place blueberries in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. combine flour, sugar, and egg; stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spread over blueberries. Drizzle melted butter over topping.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Serves 6.

Note: Any fruit may be substituted for blueberries.
