SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. cooked frozen yellow squash, defrosted
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
