YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lb. squash
1 tsp. sugar
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. bread crumbs
Salt to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Slice and boil squash 5 minutes, drain, salt to taste. Add cottage cheese, butter, grated cheese and crumbs. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan cheese, dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
