YELLOW NECK SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, cooked & drained
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Pet milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated onions
2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix squash, butter, salt, pepper and milk together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 1/2 x 13 1/2 casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Yields 12 servings.
