FRESH STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. fresh strawberries (sliced & mashed)

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and oil until blended and then stir in strawberries until combined. Make a well in the flour mixture and add egg mixture. Stir gently until thoroughly blended. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Spoon into two greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
