TRANSPARENT PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

In heavy pan beat eggs, sugar and flour; stir in cream, vanilla and butter. Heat until butter melts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees until pie is puffed and brown flecked. Serve lukewarm.
