SAUSAGE CHEESE STRATA 
6 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb. pork sausage (mild or hot), cooked
1/2 lb. med. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten (if doubling recipe use only 3 eggs)
1 tsp. mustard (Dijon)
1 tsp. dried onion flakes (1 sm. onion, chopped)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Layer bread, cheese and sausage. Beat eggs and milk. Add seasoning. Pour over dry ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Can be stored 3 days in refrigerator.
