SAUSAGE AND CHEESE STRATA 
1/2 lb. sausage
4-8 slices bread in 1/2" cubes
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 lg. eggs, beaten lightly
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Layer ingredients in 1 quart souffle dish. Place in pan 1/2 full of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/4 hours.
