CHEESE STRATA CASSEROLE 
6 slices cubed bread
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked, or ham, cubed
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Place cubed bread into 7x11 inch dish which has been sprayed or buttered. Put grated cheese on top. Next, put crumbled sausage and/or ham on top of cheese.

Mix together eggs, milk, cream of mushroom soup, dry mustard, and pepper. Refrigerate overnight covered. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour. Let stand out awhile before serving, about 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
