SAUSAGE CHEESE STRATA 
9 slices white bread, remove crust, cut into 1" cubes
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. cheddar cheese (12 oz.), grated
1 lb. (2 pkgs.) sausages, sauteed
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In 9"x13" greased dish layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Combine milk, eggs and dry mustard; beat and pour over layered ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking at 325 degrees, mix milk and soup, spread over top. Serves 6 to 8. Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
