FETTUCINI WITH SPINACH | |
1 box fettucini noodles or spaghetti 1 sm. carton sm. curd cottage cheese 2-3 c. shredded cheese (Muenster, Mozzarella or white Colby) 1 pkg. frozen spinach 1 lb. cooked crumbled bacon Cook noodles and drain. Add the cottage cheese and shredded cheese (if mixture is too sticky, add a little milk). Add the spinach after it has been thawed under hot running water. Heat through to melt cheese. Then when ready to serve, sprinkle bacon over the top. |
