SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
Jumbo gulf shrimp
Sea scallops
Snow crab
Egg
Spinach
Butter
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. fettucini
Garlic
Herbs: salt, basil, oregano, and thyme
Heavy cream
Seasonings
Olive oil

Saute shrimp and scallops in olive oil and garlic. Add cooked fettucini, herbs, and seasonings. Simmer 2 minutes. Add butter and heavy cream, crab and Parmesan cheese. Simmer 2 minutes. Adjust seasonings. Serve and garnish with julienne vegetables and a roasted herbed tomato crown.
