SEAFOOD FETTUCINI SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucini 1/2 c. diced red onion 1 1/2 c. diced celery 1 1/2 lbs. frozen imitation crabmeat, thawed, flaked 2 c. light mayonnaise 2/3 c. Italian dressing 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled 1 tsp. light salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook fettucini according to package directions; rinse; drain. In large bowl, combine fettucini, onion, celery and crabmeat. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Italian dressing, lemon juice, celery seed, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss into pasta mixture until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. 16 (1 cup) servings. |
