2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

1/2 stick butter
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda added
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in 9x13 inch Pyrex dish, sprayed with Pam, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

HOT FUDGE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Pour over hot cake. Delicious with vanilla ice cream!
