TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. chunky salsa
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Soften cream cheese. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture on tortilla. Roll it up. Chill for 2 hours. Slice in 1/2 inch pieces. Top with guacamole or sour cream, garnish with red pepper. Yield: 4 dozen.
