TORTILLA ROLL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. light cream cheese
2 pkgs. flour tortillas
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. can minced green chili peppers
2 scallions, chopped

Mix the scallions, peppers and olives into the cream cheese with hands until well blended. Spread a layer onto a flour tortilla and roll. Slice and serve with salsa for dipping.
