TORTILLA ROLL UPS 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 sm. can diced green chilies
Flour tortillas
2 sm. cans ripe olives, chopped, 1 black; 1 Spanish
Drop of Tabasco, pimento (both optional)
Salt and pepper

Chill tortillas, mix all ingredients. Spread over flour tortillas and roll up like a jelly roll. Refrigerate before cutting.
