SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter

Mix all ingredients and place in casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 can crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter

Place and pat over top. Return to oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
