SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes (you can use 2 or 3 cans drained & heated)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together. Spoon into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed frosted corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix with fork and spoon on top of potatoes. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
